At Backcountry Recreation, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home and outdoor living investments. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can initiate a return within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Item

  Ensure the product is in its original, unused condition and securely repacked in the original manufacturer's packaging with all hardware and manuals included.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable carrier to send the item back to our distribution center, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item to verify its condition, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
